Andy Pitman

Boss man, advocate of digital for brands and bucket list film producer

Andy founded Kaleidovision back in the 1990s to create innovative music and visual technology for the music industry.

Success came quickly, with work on primetime British TV shows for the BBC, ITV and Channel 4, as well as stadium concerts for artists including Lenny Kravitz, Kylie Minogue and Peter Gabriel. As more clients came on board, Andy set up specialist creative and technology teams to work with FMCG brands, leading retailers and leisure operators.

Working closely with leading TV directors, concert production designers and across multiple industries has given Kaleidovision unusual and valuable perspectives to every project we work on. Today, we devise and develop inspired graphic content, music design and the digital technology to support them. It’s testament to Andy’s own rare mix of creative thinking, tech know-how and brand understanding.

In 2009, Kaleidovision acquired the boutique music agency Music Concierge with the aim of growing it into a global partner for luxury hospitality brands. Andy has been instrumental in building its international team of highly skilled professionals, as well as its successful presence in London, Dubai, South Africa, Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Andy is equally at home writing a script for a brand film, creating a plan for a new brand or developing a whole new business proposition. Earth+Sky is his latest venture: a ground-breaking approach to fitness, with curated virtual classes incorporating high-quality cinematography and motivational practitioners to inspire the body and mind.

Today, the Kaleidovision Group continues to create outstanding bespoke digital sound and visual experiences, adding texture to branded spaces – and leaving their customers and guests feeling uniquely connected to them.

He’s a totally safe pair of hands. In fact, he’s a qualified football coach for adoring U11s and U9s at the weekends, when he’s not converting his barn into a Grand Designs-inspired masterpiece.

PeterDay blue

Peter Day

Bringer or business, builder of brands

A born entrepreneur with a CV that’s as long as a Ken Follett novel. Strategic creative planning, international sales, branding, marketing communications, product development, project management… he understands it all. Peter has the golden touch when it comes to making client contacts and bringing in new business for us. How does he do it? We have no idea. But he does. He lives with his family in a little village by the beach in Hong Kong, travelling widely to spread the news of how Kaleidovision can help build brands using digital and music. Allegedly, his mother was in a well known Scottish country dance band, but that hasn’t held him back…

Billy Blue3

Billy Sheppard

Animated music mover

Billy has been animating and producing electronic music since he was 13 years old and is completely self-taught in 3D and 2D animation and music production, the clever thing. After gaining a Media Production qualification, he freelanced as an animator and designer, before taking up positions as Lead Motion Graphics Designer and Animator. He may be young but he has a wealth of experience, we’re lucky to have him! As arguably the most chatty member of the KV team, you’ll often find Billy entertaining the office or shopping for office treats! Goodbye waistline.

With a Marketing degree with Psychology, Amy really gets it. She has an incredible intuitive approach to branding, creative, consumers and contemporary culture that’s a real touchstone for our agency, understanding the mix from every stakeholder’s point of view – and a real flair for social media. She’s a master at liaising with creatives and techies to make sure that everyone is in tune, and inspires us all by her ability to make things happen… exactly the way they should. And you have to admire someone who spends the morning whipping up cupcakes then shouts her head off at Chelsea FC all afternoon.

Nick Soons

Bearded music addict and connoisseur

Our in-house music master is an unashamed hipster who gets what’s going down, and brings his love for all things music across a wide variety of genres from underground and disco-inspired to funk. He worked for six years in hospitality, so understands the industry from the inside out, giving him an in-depth insight into creating the right bespoke playlist for an independent restaurant right up to nation-wide companies. He’s a footwear hoarder – shoes, trainers, sneakers, you name it, he’s edging triple figures – whose gargantuan beard has been known to stop people in the street. Probably checking if there is a family of windrushes living in it. Really.

Graham Rawle

Swimmingly good skills

After years of business development in the luxury beauty sector at Proctor & Gamble and working with state-of-the-art speech recognition software, Graham landed at Kaleidovision with his impressive business acumen.
His background in music is still a large part of Graham’s makeup, and he plays guitar and piano any chance he gets (including for the BBC). And a little-known fact: he is a former competitive swimmer who once represented England, and still makes quite a splash at the local pool.

Fi Clarkson

Glastonbury champ

Fi is one of our headphone-wearing brigade who keeps sites and systems on the crest of relevant sounds. She’s right on the curve of current music, festivals and moshpits, but her broad tastes run all the way from indie and funk to 90s rock ballads (we weren’t supposed to say that) helping her pinpoint the right sounds for brands, and she’s been doing it for more than a decade. In her downtime, she’s usually cooking, baking and eating – and her claim to respect is that she’s clocked up 11 Glastonburys, more than anyone else in the agency.
