Eye-catching external digital screens drive footfall

TGI Friday’s is one of the most successful casual dining brands in the UK, consistently delivering outstanding atmosphere and customer experience.

The Challenge

TGI Fridays wanted to to increase footfall in certain key city centre locations, and engaged us to assist.

What we did

We employed external-facing video screens to visually attract customers and drive footfall into their restaurants. We carefully curated the video creative, explaining the service proposition, and showcasing the menu offers available at different times of day.

Playlists were set up to automatically schedule relevant messages throughout the day – from morning coffees and American-inspired breakfasts, to handcrafted burgers and craft beers in the evening.

Digital offered a far more flexible and efficient solution than print posters, with no need for store staff to manage dayparted communications.
